Featured Program: "The Coaching Manager"
Leadership and management can be a really tough role to be in. Some leaders or managers have such a sharp or competitive edge, that the needs of their people become secondary. For others, honouring people is a challenge due to their past experiences or lack of training, or the limiting or harsh management style of a company’s executive leadership or corporate culture.

"The Coaching Manager" program is designed to assist team leaders and managers to adopt and bring to reality this type of attitude, energy and personality for the greater success of ALL involved!
The Coaching Manager consists of:
- 2-day workshop to introduce the foundation of "a coach-like approach management style" covering 16 modules, case studies and experiential learning.
- Laying the foundation is only the beginning. To incorporate a true coach-like approach management style into your day-to-day business environment, a follow-up program where individual coaching sessions support and solidify the manager’s new learning into new permanent behaviors.
