PRISM

At Prophet Coaching, we have spent the past two years growing our leadership development programs. The work has paid off. Our tremendous success has been recognized with a prestigious award. Our programs have expanded into a whole new set of offerings. And we continue to be part of exciting initiatives in leadership development.

And the Winner Is…

Strong leaders are critical to all organizations, but especially to those experiencing rapid growth. Sysco Food Services Canada is just such an organization. Because of aggressive growth and a number of acquisitions, Sysco needed a management team that could handle the changes.

Sysco partnered with Prophet Coaching in a wide-ranging leadership development program. Through the multiple phases of this three-year program, Sysco has achieved some amazing results.

Sixteen executives went through training, face-to-face coaching, telecoaching and communication support. These individuals have learned how to develop action plans, identify strengths, and transfer their skills to their respective teams. They have greater confidence in themselves and in the decisions they make. With greater discipline, they have reduced cycle times in achieving results and have increased their accountability to the organization. The program has been so successful that many of the executives have asked for more coaching.

The results within the organization were an outstanding accomplishment. But there’s more to this story. Sysco has won the 2007 Prism Award of Excellence in Toronto. The award is presented by the GTA chapter of the ICF to recognize companies that have brought coaching into their organizations to achieve leadership excellence. The award acknowledges the results of the coaching initiatives and the collaboration between coach and client. Prophet Coaching is proud to share in Sysco’s success and we offer them our congratulations.

The Prism Awards are presented at a lively breakfast event in Toronto, featuring an engaging keynote speaker and the award presentations. For tickets to this event, go to http://www.gtacoaches.com/Default.aspx?pageId=29912.
