Distinct Planning is a division of Prophet Coaching, founded in 1999 by Cassandra Gierden. With Prophet Coaching, Cassandra has focused on career evolution, creativity and life coaching. Through her work with leaders and entrepreneurs, Cassandra attracted opportunities to coach in the corporate world, including her PRISM award winning leadership development program with Sysco Canada.

Cassandra’s mission is to groom future leaders. She was inspired to launch Distinct Planning as a way to help businesses manage the process of leadership development. She has built a team of associate coaches who share her vision of creating excellence in business leadership.

Having seen tremendous growth in the coaching community, Cassandra wanted to help businesses find the right coach with the right program. Distinct Planning is a direct result of that vision. Distinct Planning plans and manages the program, bringing in highly qualified professionals. Its service is unique in the world of coaching. It is also extremely valuable for training directors, who are often strapped for time and lacking an internal resource they can depend on for leadership development.
